Katsina gov’t partners NADDC to construct ultra modern Mechanic Training Institute
The Katsina State Government under the leadership of Governor Aminu Bello Masari has entered into a partnership with National Automotive Development Design Council (NADDC) Abuja to construct a ultra modern mechanical institute in the State.
This was disclosed to Katsina Post by the Chairman, Katsina National Talent Hunt Challenge project, Mr. Faisal Jafar Rafindadi.
Katsina Post also learnt that the institute will be located in the state’s owned Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic.
According to Mr Faisal, in order to make the institute more conducive for learning, Governor Masari has approved the construction of very critical infrastructure in the institute including hostel accommodation, cafeteria and mosques among others.
“In fact preparation for the ground breaking laying ceremony is in top gear which is to be performed by the Director General of NADDC Alhaji Jelani Aliyu alongside with His Excellency, the Governor of Katsina State Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari CFR, Dallatun Katsina.
“The youths of this great state which includes mechanics and potential mechanics are the direct beneficiaries of this live touching project.
“The date for the ceremony will be announced in the not too distant future”, he added.
