CNG commends Katsina gov’t for paying state’s students NECO exams fee
The Coalition Northern Groups (CNG) in Katsina State has commended the State Government under the leadership of Governor Aminu Bello Masari over its payment of state’s students National Examination Council, NECO 2019/2020 academic session result.
This is contained in a letter signed by the Northwest Coordinator of the group, Comrade Jamilu Aliyu Charanchi and seen by Katsina Post.
The commendation letter reads in part: “The Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) Katsina state chapter, has carefully monitored developments and raised its voice loud during the NECO saga and issues that followed.
“We salute the spirit of partnership and collaborative efforts of the government of Katsina and NECO which brings the issue to an end, leading to the release of withheld NECO results of our dear brothers and sisters.
“There is no doubt that the state government, Ministry of Education and NECO office had worked tirelessly in ensuring and providing enabling environment for the release of the results.
“Your diligence, motivation, focus, and hours spent, the professionalism that you have portrayed has impressed the good people of Katsina state, we deem it honoured.
“In particular, on behalf of the affected students, their parents and good people of Katsina state, we wish to acknowledge Your Excellency’s inspiring leadership presence, untiring efforts and dedication to the protection and promotion of the interests of these young, innocent otherwise helpless students.
“It is Important at this point, to place on record, our immeasurable gratitude to the leadership, sacrifice, statesmanship, patriotism and unwavering commitment deployed by Your Excellency in ensuring that the cry of the innocent child is not heard, but also given proper and prompt attention. You truly shows that you are a caring and compassionate leader, a magnanimous elder and farsighted political icon.
“CNG Katsina appreciate the concern shown by it’s excos, civil society organisations and good people of Katsina state, Press Organisations, for their steadfast and unwavering support during the struggle.
“For the good people of Katsina state, we can only says Jazakumullahu Khairan, your prayers, social Media engagement really contributed immensely to the rescue of the students and the state to plunge into another security challenges.
“For the students and their parents we say a BIG congratulations, for your distress may Allah accept it as an act of ibadat. We hope that this positivity flows into everyday Challenge, and we pray the incident never to repeat itself.”
