Teachers’ motivation necessary for improved quality education – Muttaqha Rabe
A seasoned teacher, educationist, politician and philanthropist per excellence, Engr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma said that well good welfare and other motivational packages for teachers are necessary for an improved quality of education.
Muttaqha Rabe said this when he inspected the ongoing training of the over 32,000 teachers by the Katsina State government in partnership with Pleasant Library and Book Club in Dutsin-ma, Safana and Kankia zonal education centers.
According to him, “I believe in teachers’ motivation and I will continue to advocate for it through all available lawful means to the government.”
On the training, Engr Muttaqha enjoined the participants to pay attention to all what they are being taught and apply it at their various places of work.
“I also want to enjoined you all to pay attention to all what the facilitators are teaching you. I believe you would learn many things that will impact positively on your work at the classroom”, he said.
The participants of the training, Katsina Post learnt will also be taught how to access a use other learning tools developed by the PLBC with support from Katsina State Government which includes Katsina State Teachers platform (katsinastateteachers.com) where the teachers will be interacting, Go Teacher+ and ABM PLBC Library among others.
