Renowned Dutsin-ma born Philanthropist, Jamil Sadauki, on Friday announced his decision to donate N1 million for the welfare of the recently released Kankara schoolboys.
Jamil Sadauki, who announced the donation on his Facebook handle said the decision is to compliment the state government effort in providing medical and other welfare services to the schoolboys.
“I am donating the sum of N1million Naira for the released #KankaraBoys to compliment my State Government efforts to provide medical and other welfare services to these children who have been traumatized over the events of the last few days.”Nigeria will always win!” He said
Jamil Sadauki is well known for his philanthropic activities in Dutsi-ma, Katsina state and beyond.
Katsina Post had earlier reported that Sadauki Foundation has sponsored free Entrepreneurship Development Training for 1000 individuals in the state to enable them to have access to NIRSAL Agric, Small, and Medium Enterprise Scheme (AGSMEIS) with 0% interest.
Katsina Post reports learned the prospective trainees would be issued with an entrepreneurship-training certificate as eligibility to access up to N10 Million AGSMEIS loan, an initiative from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) – without collateral.
The participants cut across all 34 Local Governments which during the training would be allowed to choose any skill of their choice in Poultry, Goat Rearing, Furniture making, Tailoring, Farming among other Agri and non-Agri Businesses.
