Katsina students in Sudan sympathize with state over Kankara kidnapping
The National Association of Katsina State Students, Sudan chapter has expressed their sympathy to the Katsina State and Federal Government over the recent incident of students abduction in Government Science Secondary School, Kankara on Friday night.
This is contained in a statement signed by Maawuya Umar Aliyu, the Public Relations Officer of the association and sent to Katsina Post.
The statement reads in part: “With heavy heart and incredulous sorrow, this association wishes to extend it’s sympathy to the good people of Katsina State and Nigeria at large; over the recent atrocity that befell upon the students of GSSS Kankara, Kankara Local Government area of Katsina State, on 11th, December, 2020.
“Indeed, the calamity is condemnable by all means, and we remain committed in urging the government to take a giant stride for curtailing such menace as it is their primary statutory responsibility.
” May Almighty Allah save them, protect them and bring them back safely, as He brought back Prophet Musa (A.S) to his Mother
