Federal College of Education Katsina, om Tuesday, announced the resumption of full academinic activities .
Katsina Post recalled that the institution was shut down due to outbreak of the virus.
The institution, in a statement sign by the colledge’s registrar, Alhaji Garba Isyaku, however announced, that the academic activities will resume next Monday.
The institution said it will formally reopen for the conclusion of semester examination on Monday 26th October, 2020.
The statement reads as follows:
“The management of wishes to inform the staff and students that, full academic activities resumes on 26th October, 2020.
“Please also be informed that the suspended examination occationed by College closure as a result of COVID-19 pendamic will continue from 2nd November, 2020.
“Students and Staff are to avail themselves of the adjusted examination time-table please”.
The college, however, mandated all college community and visitors to observe COVID-19 protocols which include wearing of face mask, regular handwashing, and social distancing.
