Max-Air has announced the commencement of flight operations to Jos from September 28, 2020.
The airline made the announcement on its official Facebook Page on Tuesday, noting N23, 000 as payable amount while the passengers can now book the flight on it website www.maxair.com.ng.
The statement read as follows:
“Travelling to Jos for the weekend? Ride with us as we begin flight to Jos from the 28th of September for as low as N 23, 000. Book a flight on our website: www.maxair.com.ng”
Katsina Post had earlier reports that the airline has signed a memorandum of Understanding with the Katsina State government to begin domestic operations from the Ummaru Musa Yar’adua International Airport, Katsina Post learned.
The domestic flight from Katsina state to other part of the country will begin on Friday, the 3rd of April, 2020.
The MoU signed by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa and the state’s Solicitor General, Barrister Safiya Umar on behalf of the Katsina State’s government while the Max-Air Vice Chairman, Bishir Mangal and the company’s Director of Operations Mr. Raymond signed on behalf of company.
While making remarks shortly after the signing of the MoU, the Katsina State Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari charged the company on time keeping.
He also said that he will encourage people to patronize the flight.
