Katsina United have announced Niger international goalkeeper Kassaly Daouda has arrived for a medical with a view to signing for the NPFL club.
Both the official Twitter and Facebook platforms of Katsina United confirmed the arrival of Daouda.
Katsina United are believed to have beaten Kano Pillars to the international goalkeeper.
The 35-year-old shot stopper has previously featured for Cotonsport (Cameroon), Chippa United (South Africa) and AS Mangasport (Gabon).
He has been a Niger international since 2002.
The experienced Daouda will battle former Nigeria U20 goalkeeper Dami Paul and long-serving Yinka David for the No 1 shirt of ‘The Changi Boys’ in the forthcoming season.
