Art students not dull – Katsina first male Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Abdul Muhammed Rafindadi

The First Annual Abdul Muhammed Rafindadi, SAN annual quiz, debate, and essay writing contest closes today with debate between 12 public, community, and Unity Secondary Schools at the Katsina Education Resource Center.

After a heated debate between the contesting schools on the topic ‘Digital Learning Does More Harm Than Good To Students Performance’ three winners emerged namely Aminu Suleiman from Community Day Secondary School, Safana; Abubakar Umar Bindawa from Government Pilot Secondary School, Dutsinma and Nana Fiddausi Muhammad from Federal Government College, Bakori as first, second, and third respectively.

While speaking to Katsina Post, the sponsor of the annual event who doubled as the first male Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN from Katsina, Abdul Muhammed Rafindadi said he initiated the contest to boost the moral of art students in the state and to urge them to choose a career in law.

According to him, he wants to dispel the notion among the public that science students are more brilliant than art students.

He added that only art students will assist the world in the digital world.

Katsina Post learned that the winner of the first position went home with N30,000, the second position went with N25,000 and third position went with N20,000.
