Proposed NADDC Mechanic Training Center Will Change Katsina Fortunes – Rafindadi
The Chairman of Katsina National Talent Hunt Project Faisal Jafar Rafindadi, has said the Proposed NADDC MECHANIC TRAINING CENTER to be construction in Katsina will change the fortunes of Katsina.
Mr. Rafindadi said this while receiving the Director General of National Automotive Development Design, Mr Jelani Aliyu OFR, according to a statement on Monday by the Katsina National Talent Hunt Project.
The Talent Hunt Project said the centre, upon completion, would train 2000 youths annually, making it the first of it’s kind in the state.
It said this would enable the state to generate and expose our local mechanics to key into morden cars more especially the electric cars that are coming into market,
“Katsina should be a leader in building facilities like these, as a business initiative. This project will definitely put Katsina on the map, and surely change the fortunes of Katsina,” Rafindadi said.
Gov Masari, on a guided presentation of the working drawings of the project, was quoted as saying that Mr. Jelani Aliyu deserved to be commended for embarking on the project.
According to him, it takes courage to build the world’s class Mechanic Training Center in one of the most challenging environment.
