Mrs Senator Barkiya donate wheelbarrows to constituency members in Katsina
The wife of the Senator representing Katsina Central senatorial zone, Hajiya Hajiya Rukayya Kabir Abdullahi Barkiya has donated wheelbarrows, shovels, bowls and brooms to some selected youth groups and organizations in Katsina Local Government Area of Katsina State.
The items donated, Katsina Post learnt are part of her efforts towards helping the youth groups and organizations in sanitizing their localities.
Donating the items, Hajiya Rukaiyya represented by her aide, Hajiya Safiya Wowo Gafai urged the beneficiaries to make good utilization of the items.
Responding, some of the benefitiaries thanked the wife of the Senator and promised to make good use of the items and also continue to support her husband.
The residintial areas that benefited with the gesture include Unguwar Yari, Sullubawa, Gafai and Shola Takwas all in Katsina metropolis.
