The Ag.state coordinator SON Katsina state office Engr Babangida Mainasara Mnse received the newly posted state coordinator of National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency NESREA Katsina state office Alh Jibril Inuwa Kwankwaso and his subordinating staff in the state office on Friday 5th March 2021.
The state coordinator NESREA spoke extensively on the Mandate of NESREA and promised to give all necessary corporation for a harmonious working relationship to achieve collective organisational objectives particularly in the area of sensitizing the general public on the Mandates of the two agencies.
In his response the ag. The state coordinator explained in detail the SON mandate and justified the areas of collaboration as a bird of the same feathers that always flock together.
According to him “when SON is to ensure all products and services comply with the requirements of standards equally NESREA is to enforce environmental laws to ensure a cleaner and healthier environment for Nigerians
On that note, there must be a need to strengthen collaboration for National development”
At last, the exchange of organisation,s pamphlets was done for more understanding of what each organization does as a Federal government agency.
