Gov Masari commission multimillion Naira projects at FMC Katsina
Governor Aminu Bello Masari has commissioned a newly constructed Emergency Paediatric Unit named Hajiya Murja Bara’u Mangal and a Ring road upgraded at the Federal Medical Centre, Katsina.
Similarly, the Minister of State for Health Senator Adeleke Mamora commissioned other three projects at the Centre.
Speaking at the event Governor Aminu Bello Masari said the provision of the projects is another milestone achievement in providing Health care services to the people of Katsina and beyond.
The Governor explained that the projects would definitely add value to people in providing effective Health care service delivery.
Governor Aminu Masari acknowledged the commitment of the Medical Director and the Government Council of the Centre for coming up with series of humanitarian initiatives that would fast track more development in the Hospital.
Alhaji Aminu Masari also appreciated the support given to the administration by the Management and governing Council of the Hospital in an effort to convert and upgrade the Health Facility to a Teaching Hospital for both Umaru Musa Yar’adua University and Federal University Dutsinma.
In a remark, the Minister of State for Health Senator Adeleke Mamora said provision of affordable Health care services to Nigerians is among the top priorities of present Muhammadu Buhari’s Government.
