Bandits kill 14 in separate fresh attacks in Katsina 

Suspected bandits have have killed no fewer than 14 people on Tuesday will in Sabuwa LGA Katsina state.

Katsina Post learnt that 13 killed (mostly youth) in Sabuwa town Sabuwa LGA Katsina after bandits forcefully collected a number of bulls from children rearing them in the outskirts of Sabuwa town.

This led to another counter attack to retrieve the cattle. After many of the cattle were retrieved the bandits ended up shooting anybody they met in the bush

Similarly, 1 killed (Haruna Tsaunin Batsi), 2 injured 1 youth, 1 married woman at Tsaunin Batsi village of Sayau ward Sabuwa LGA Katsina state yesternight around 2:00am 3/2/2021.

Speaking in confidence One of the residents urged Katsina state government to deploy troops in Tashar Bawa village which he says Was the only route of the bandits not blocked. He said the residents of Tsaunin Batsi and DANKURMI villages repelled the attack with den guns as a result no one was kidnapped by the bandits.
