APC Splinter Group Emerges In Katsina
A splinter group among the ranks of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Katsina State called APC Pressure Group emerges, Katsina Post learnt.
The group, Katsina Post learnt, conducted its first meeting at Ahmad Musa Sport Center in Kano State on Sunday, 31st January, 2021.
A video clip seen by Katsina Post of a cross section of the group’s meeting attendees contain APC members from across the state including some political appointees of the Katsina State Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari.
In another video clip seen by Katsina Post, the Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Masari on Restoration Agenda, Alhaji Sabo Musa was recorded calling on the Governor to salvage the party in the state from derailing from its core values.
“We will not break any of the party’s constitution, but we will continue to put pressure on the party until the right thing is done.
“We are calling on Governor Masari to ensure that the right thing is done in the party and not the selfish interest of some few”, he said.
