The summon is contained in a court order signed by the court registrar, A. A Gafia and dated the 15th of October, 2020.
The court order is as a result of a court case filed by Senator Bello Mandiya against the defendants.
The court order reads in part: “This Court accordingly grant leave for the Applicant to issue and serve the writ of summon and all the processes connected to the suit on Defendants out of jurisdiction to wit on the 1” Defendant at No. B Sultan Road, Kaduna, Kaduna State and on the Second Defendant at No. 52 Cyadi Gyadi New Court Road Kano, Kano State.
