Niger University, MAAUN donates brand new 60-seater student bus to FUDMA

Maryam Abacha American University in Maradi, Niger Republic (MAAUN) has on Thursday donated a brand new 60-seater student bus to Federal University Dutsin-ma (FUDMA). Katsina Post learnt.

Katsina Post gathered that Prof. Adamu Gwarzo, the MAAUN President handed over the donation, on behalf of MAAUN to FUDMA vice-chancellor, Prof. Armaya’u Bichi.

Many sources revealed to Katsina Post that Prof. Adamu Gwarzo, the MAAUN president is a close-friend to the embattled FUDMA Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Bichi.

Katsina Post had earlier reported that Court dismissed Fudma cases with Prof. Haruna Audu Kaita, reinstated Prof Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi as the Substantive Vice-Chancellor.

The National Industrial Court sitting in Kano has on 23rd July, 2020 dismissed the law suit filed by the suspended Fudma Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kaita, who earlier challenged his suspension in court in 2017.

The court order from National Industrial Court in Kano after a court with similar jurisdiction sitting in Abuja passed similar judgment earlier last week.

Both courts dismissed the case on the ground of lack of merit in claimant’s suit.
