Insecurity: Normalcy returns in some Katsina farming communities

Normalcy appears to be gradually returning to communities attacked by Bandits in Kastina state.
This is sequel to intervention of the Military and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
A visit to some of the Communities attacked by Bandits in Batsari local government Area, indicates that the people are now applauding the Government at all levels based the recent actions by Security Agencies towards bringing an end to Banditry Activities across Katsina state.
In an Interview with the District Head of Batsari who is the Sarkin – Ruman Katsina Alhaji Muhammad Tukur Muazu says normalcy have been restored in many farming Communities within the Council Area except for some pockets of attacks on individuals in form of Armed Robbery.
According to Alhaji Muhammad Tukur Muazu, there is need for more Security Agencies to be stationed in the remaining areas for peace to be fully restored across Batsari local government area.
They commended the efforts of the Batsari Divisional Police Officer Isa Sule for responding promptly whenever there is a distress call on Bandits attacks.
The Special Adviser to the Katsina state Governor on Security Matters, Ibrahim Ahmad Katsina urged residents of the affected Communities to always give out useful information to Security Agencies in respect to the activities of the Bandits and their Collaborators.
He added that Government is making efforts towards making Banditry and other forms of Insecurity to be a thing of the past in Katsina State.
