Assembly express worry over activities of brothels, prostitutes’ houses in Katsina
The Katsina State House of Assembly has expressed their worries over the indecent activities of brothels and prostitutes’ houses in the state.
Leading the discussion on the floor of the House, Member representing Katsina constituency Hon Ali Abu Albaba called on the Executive arm of government to initiate moves to prevent the activities of the brothels from eroding the good manners of the people of the state.
According to him, what is happening at prostitutes’ houses especially in the night of indecency and bad moral behavior should be a source of concern to all well meaning people of the state.
Also contributing to the debate, member representing Kaita constituency Hon. Musa Nuhu Gafia said that the exhibition of such bad behaviors should not be found in Katsina – a state inhabited predominantly by Muslims.
