Lado, PDP’s election petition against Masari ended up as a blessing – Sabo Musa

The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Executive Governor on Restoration project, Alhaji Sabo Musa has described the recent Supreme Court judgment delivered regarding the election petition of the Katsina State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its gubernatorial candidate in the 2019 general election, Senator Yakubu Lado as a blessing.

Alhaji Sabo Musa made this assertion in a chat with newsmen while reacting to the apex court judgment.

“With this judgment, nobody will ever raise the issue of certificate of Governor Masari again because the Supreme Court had now laid it to rest.

“Fourteen judges out of the fifteen that delivered judgment on the election petition right from the tribunal up to the Supreme Court all dismissed the allegations of the petitioners, this is an unprecedented victory,” he said.

Alhaji Sabo Musa also said right from the beginning of the litigation, he believed PDP and her candidate will not succeed because according to him, they have no case.

He therefore congratulated the Governor and his deputy, QS Mannir Yakubu over their victory as well as the people of Katsina State whom he said will be the beneficiaries.

He also call on all well-meaning people of the state to join the Governor in his quest for better Katsina State.
