Meet Dauda Kahutu Rarara; Buhari’s, APC’s famous singer from Katsina
This name is not new to majority of Nigerians especially people from the Northern part of the country and Hausa speakers across the globe.
However, what many people didn’t know is the fact that Dauda Kahutu Rarara is indeed an indigen of Katsina State. He hails from Kahutu village in Danja Local government Area of Katsina State.
Sources close to Dauda Kahutu Rarara conferred to Katsina Post that the singer was taken to Kano in his early years and was enrolled in a Qur’anic school as an Almajiri.
He later began singing and acting when he discovered his talent around the year 2005.
Dauda Kahutu Rarara has sung many songs in his career but was famous largely because of his songs to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Muhammudu Buhari.
His star began shinning when he was arrested in 2014 after he released the song ‘Zuwan Mai Malfa Kano’.
The song was said to have been recorded by Dauda Kahutu to protest President Jonathan and his entourage’s singing and dancing rally the very morning that more than 200 teenage girls were kidnapped from a high school in Chibok, Borno State.
