Katsina Independent Petroleum Marketers backs FG on Petrol Supply ban to border towns
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Katsina State Chapter has reportedly thrown it back behind the Federal Government over its decision to suspend the supply of petroleum product to towns 20km to the border.
The decision was reached after a meeting was convened by the Association’s leaders in the State on Thursday in Katsina.
The President of the Association, Alhaji Abashe Hamza said they are law-abiding citizens and will comply with the directives.
Also speaking during the meeting, Bishir DanMalam said the decision taken by the government is in the overall interest of the nation.
The meeting was well attended by members of the association from different part of the state.
