Just In: Gov Masari appoint 3 more Special Advisers, 4 Special Assistants, 1 SSA

The Executive Governor of Katsina State, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has approved three (3) more Special Advisers, three more Special Assistants and One Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Katsina Post learnt.

These appointments are contained in separate press releases dated the 15th of October, 2019 and signed by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa.

According to the statement, those appointed as Special Advisers are: Alhaji Muhammad Lawal Aliyu as S. A. on Human Capital Development; Alhaji Kabir Dankaura Muhammad as S. A. on Banking and Finance and Engr. Mansur Muhammad Musa as S. A. on Power and Energy.

The statement further said that Alhaji Muhammad Lawal Aliyu is a seasoned administrator who rose to Permanent Secretary and later Head of Service before his retirement in 2016.

On the other hand, Alhaji Kabir Dankaura Muhammad rose through the rank to become Accountant-General before retiring recently while Engr. Mansur Muhammad Musa held the position of S. A. on Power and Energy in the last administration.

The Special Assistants appointed by the Governor are Abubakar Waziri as S. A. for Muslim Indigenous Nigerians, Prince Uche Okonkwo as S. A. for Christian Indigenous Nigerians, while Aliyu Abdullahi and Sani Mansir were appointed as Special Assistants to the Governor on Media.

Meanwhile, the Governor also approved the upgrading of the appointment of Alhaji Sabo Musa from Special Assistant to Senior Special Assistant on Restoration Programmes.
