Meet Bilkisu Wada Shema; a rising Kannywood actress from Katsina
Katsina State is home to many talents – ranging from academics, bureaucracy, civil service, music, and entertainment as well as many more aspects of life and human endeavors.
In Kannywood – one of the leading entertainment industries in the country, Katsina State produced some of the best actors and actresses; Bilkisu Wada Shema also known as Bilki Wada is one of them.
Bilki Wada, believed to be in her mid-20s is one of the rising Kannywood actresses with over 10 best selling Hausa movies.
Katsina Post gathered that she was born in Dutsin-ma town.
She did her Primary school in Isa Kaita College of Education Staff School and Secondary school at Government Day Secondary School, Dutsin-ma.
Some of the films she featured include: Tabbataccen Al’amari, Sallamar So, Dawood, Ranah and Mujadalah (remake) among others.
