Next Level: Governor Masari to create new ministries in Katsina
The Katsina State Governor, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has revealed that there would be the creation of new ministries to fastrack governance in the state in his second and last tenure.
Mr. Masari made this revelation while he was speaking during the swearing-in of his fourteen new Special Advisers at the State Government House.
This is to further confirmed the Katsina Post’s findings earlier that the Governor will create more ministries in the state to accommodate politicians and other interest groups in the state.
During his first term, Governor Masari appointed just 13 Commissioners.
The 14 special Advisers sworn in include 10 returnees and 4 new cabinet members.
The returnees includes Muntari Lawal, Bashir Usman Ruwan Godiya, Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, Hussaini Adamu Karaduwa, Khaliel Ibrahim Aminu, and Aminu Lawal Jibiya, Lawal Usman Bagiwa.
Others include Hamza Muhammad Borodo, Dr Abba Abdullahi, and Abdu Habu Dankum.
While the new Special Advisers includes Alhaji Bashir Dayyabu for international donor agencies, comrade Lawal Tanimu saulawa for labour, Alhaji kabir sha’aibu for political Affairs and Abdullahi Ibrahim Mahuta for legislative matters.
