NOUN officials gave a standing ovation to Engr. Muttaqha Rabe, President PLBC
Special Council Committee of National Open University on Advocacy Visit To Northern States gave a standing ovation to the leadership of the Pleasant Library and Book Club (PLBC) over their exceptional efforts towards bringing back the lost glory of Katsina State as a center for learning.
The special committee who was in PLBC for an advocacy visit also noted that the center is second to none in the country and also applauded the foresight of its President, Engr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma for initiating such a laudable project with great impact on the society.
The University also said that it will enter into a collaboration with the PLBC in many aspects that will improve the general readership habit and entrepreneurship mindset among people.
While responding, the President of the PLBC, Engr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma seeks for the university’s collaboration especially in joint certification on many of the programs being offered in the center.
The highlight of the occasion includes the confinement of an Ambassador’s title of the University by the Vice-Chancellor.
