Breaking: Governor Masari appoint more Special Advisers
The Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari has appointed more Special Adviser into his cabinet.
This is coming just days after he appointed ‘first batch’ of thirteen special advisers last week, Katsina Post can authoritatively report.
According to the information we got, though the appointments are yet to be in the public domain, already appointment letters were dispatched to the new appointees.
“Oga had appointed eight or so more special advisers and most of them were part of his previous administration,” says someone who is familiar with the development.
When Katsina Post asked him the people that were appointed, he declined saying that he will not mention names and that their names will be announced in the coming days for everybody to know.
However, our checks revealed that some of the newly appointed Special Advisers are Dr. Abba Y. Abdullah, special Adviser on Agriculture and Natural Resources and Alhaji Ibrahim Zakari who is to serve as Honorary special Adviser on international Relations.
The appointment were in line with the concerted effort being put in place to strengthen the machinery of government for efficient service delivery to the populace in the next level restoration agenda.
Both appointees have served diligently in the last regime and have therefore been found worthy for re-appointment by the Governor.
