Police in Katsina arrest 18 year-old suspected notorious Indian hemp dealer
The police operatives in Katsina had succeeded in arresting a suspected notorious Indian hemp dealer with forty six wraps of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp.
This is contained in a statement signed by the police public relations officer, SP Gambo Isa and made available to newsmen including Katsina Post.
According to the statement, the suspected drug dealer simply identified as Abdullahi Lawal is just 18 years old and he hailed from Nassarawa village, Dandume LGA of Katsina state.
The statement read in part: “On 13/09/2019 at about 15:00hrs, based on a tip off, the command succeeded in raiding a criminal hideout at Nassarawa village, Dandume LGA of Katsina state and arrested one Abdullahi Lawal, m, aged 18yrs of the same address in possession of forty-six wraps of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp.
“Suspect confessed to the commission of the offence and will be arraign in court.”
