The newly inducted registered nurses of the Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing, Katsina have been charged to prioritize their patients’ satisfaction any where they find themselves in the course of their professional life.

This call was made by the school Director, Dr. Aminu Bello Abdullahi during the third induction and graduation ceremony of the school of Friday.

“As it is now, many patients are complaining about the attitude of some nurses across the state and this must stop because it does not speak well of us as professionals.

“We must rise up and change the narrative for the better and begin to see patients as our clients that get satisfied each time”, he added.

In his Goodwill message, the Provost of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Katsina State, Alhaji Abba Sada, he congratulated both the graduates and the school management for the successful induction.

While responding on behalf of the graduates, the former Amir of the school, Aliyu Lawal Jafar thanked both the teaching and non teaching staff of the school for training them well and also promised to offer their best to the profession.

Earlier, the students were administered with Oath of Nursing by the Director Nursing Services, Katsina State Ministry of Health, Alhaji Abubakar Halliru.
