Katsina gov’t disown NCE awarding institution in Dutsin-ma
Katsina State ministry of Education has issued a statement disowning study centres allegedly opened by one Ado Bayero Institute of Education domiciled at Kano promising to start NCE part-time Programmes in Dutsin-ma LGA of Katsina State.
This is contained in a statement signed by the ministry’s Public Relations Officer Salisu Lawal Kerau on behalf of the State Commissioner of Education, Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal Charanchi and gotten by Katsina Post.

It has come to the notice of the Ministry of Education, Katsina State that, one Ado Bayero Institute of Education domiciled at Kano has illegally opened study Centres and commenced sales of admission forms at Government College Day wing, Junior section and Yarima Primary School, Dutsinma to start NCE part-time Programmes.
The general public is therefore informed that the Institute has no recognition and legal backing to operate and start any NCE Programme in Katsina State.
In the light of the foregoing, therefore, all Teachers and those interested in the programmes are advised to keep away from patronizing the institute’s advertisements for the NCE part-time Programme being currently circulated and not to enrol into the Programme.
