Governor Masari vows to recall Katsina non-performing Reps, senators
The Katsina state Governor, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari says non performing national legislators from Katsina state will in the next dispensation be made to face recall from the electorate.
Alhaji Aminu Masari was speaking during the continuation of APC Gubernatorial campaigns in Kaita and Batagarawa local governments.
The Governor assured that the foot dragging witnessed under Bukola saraki and Dogara national assembly leadership would not be allowed in the 2019-2023 period.
Alhaji Aminu Masari requested the electorate to vote candidates of APC from top to bottom in the general elections.
He reminded the people that the government of APC was slowed down by the leadership of Senate and House of Representatives through unnecessary delays in passage of appropriation and confirmation of appointments sent by president Muhammad Buhari.
Alhaji Aminu Masari explained that the state government had executed laudable projects in the two local governments and hope that the effort would be reciprocated through massive voting of APC candidates in 2019 general elections.
In Kaita, the state APC chairman, Alhaji Shitu S. Shitu received decampees led by leader of Kwankwasiyya movement in Katsina state, Alhaji Inusa Abdullahi Dankama.
Similarly, the campaign train inspected the 32 kilometers 3.3 billion naira Dankaba- Abdallawa – Yandaki – Shinkafi road project.
Also, the campaign team visited the Sarkin sullubawan Katsina, Alhaji Abdulkarim kabir Usman, the mallamawan Katsina, Alhaji Muhammad Dikko Dalhatu and Barden Katsina, Alhaji Bello kabir.
There was large presence of women in the two local governments during the campaigns.
Various speakers Extolled that sterlin qualities of president Muhammad Buhari and Governor Aminu Masari and called for their re election in the next general elections.
