Update: 17 corp members involved in a ghastly motor accident in Charanchi 

A ghastly Motor accident involved 17 Corp Members along Charanci Road on their way to Kafur Local Government for their Primary assignment.

This is contained in press release, signed by Salisu Lawal Kerau, PRO Ministry of Education, Katsina State.

The Victims of the accident sustained various degree of injuries which range from compound fractures, Head injuries and other brushes.

7 Corp Members who sustained minor injuries have been discharged, while 10 Who have mostly fractures with one still being attended to at accident and emergency Ward.

The Honourable Commissioner for Education Associate Prof. Badamasi Lawal was among the first callers to sympathise with the Corp Members, the Commissioner was represented by the Coordinator ZEQA Katsina Alh. Nasiru Kado Shinkafi and donated a token amount of one hundred thousand naira on behalf of the Commissioner. Other Members of the delegation include Director Works Alh Nakano Idris, Alh Ya’u Jibrin and the PRO Alh. Salisu Lawal Kerau.

Receiving the token donation to the Victims on behalf of the NYSC State Coordinator, represented by Mrs Kudirat Shitu, thanked the Commissioner for coming to the help of the Corp Members.

The Corp Members involved in the accident include:

Oladipo Miracle from Osun State, William Daniel Taraba State, Enoch Yahaya Benue State. Others are Adamu Abdurrahim and Rejoice Tagwu all from Kaduna State. The rest include Mathias Samson from Adamawa, Julie Ejiyere Delta State and Chude Viola Irunaye from Enugu State. The CLO Usman Ya’u and a Staff of Kafur Local Government Murtala Ibrahim are also among the Victims of the ghastly accident.
