An we all know, no any leader – whether political or otherwise work in isolation if at all he want to succeed in terms of delivering peoples mandates on him a a leader.

Since he/she can not be everywhere at every time and since he can not be available to all his subordinates at the same time due to his/her nature of work, a leader is always found to have some powerful people around him that help him in that regards.

Those people whom some call cabals, are usually very powerful and also have the leader’s trust at all time.

It is also important to note that the list is in no specific order whatsoever.

1. Mustapha Inuwa

A former KTSTA boss, former commissioner of education and a two-time Secretary to the Government of the state (SGS), Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa is believed to be the most powerful person in the Masari’s led administration.

It is believed that he is the brain behind most of the successes of the government.

The Governor is believed to have trust him almost more than any other government official in the state.

This is particularly proven because the Governor always gives him the most daunting tasks believed to be difficult.

He chaired the Security and Amnesty for cattle rustlers committee, the S-power employment committee and the state APC convention committee among others.

2. Alhaji Muntari Lawal

Many people might not know him but Muntari Lawal is a long time close friend and trustful ally of the Governor since 2007.

It was reported that Muntari Lawal chose to support the then Rt. Hon. Masari’s candidature against the then Governor Yar’adua’s choice of Shema in 2007.

Muntari Lawal was also the Campaign Director of the Masari’s Restoration Agenda in 2015 and now Permanent Secretary, Government House.

3. Alhaji Bello Mandiya

Though not known to many until his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the State Governor earlier in 2016, Alhaji Bello Mandiya is also a close associate and loyalist of the Governor Masari.

He is from the same constituency as the Governor and he was said to be the Personal Assistant to the Governor when he was the Speaker, Federal House of Representative back in 2003 to 2007.

He is also believed to have the Governor’s support in his quest to represent Funtua Zone in the Senate in the coming 2019 general election.

4. Barrister Ahmad El-Marzuq

He is from Daura Local government and he is the present Commissioner of Justice and the state’s Attorney General.

He has been with Governor Masari since 2007 and he was his running mate in the controversial 2011 gubernatorial election in CPC.

He has been his ally since then. And he is believed to be very close to the Governor and also a trustee of him.

5. Alhaji Dahiru Mangal

The business mogul is also believed to be very powerful in the Governor Masari’s government.

Alhaji Dahiru Bara’u Mangal is believed to be the financier of the Governor Masari’s campaign in 2015.

He was also given no fewer than three (3) commissioners slot shortly after the 2015 general election which he personally nominated their current occupants now.
