Governor Masari inspects NOUN outreach center, Kafur
Governor of Katsina State, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has inspected the completed National Open University of Nigeria- NOUN outreach centre in Kafur town.
The Outreach centre would admit prospective students from Funtua centre.
On arrival the governor was informed by a security guard on duty Umar Abdullahi that all the buildings are intact.
According to him the inner rooms are not leaking despite a section of the roofing recentiy affected by a heavy windstorm.
The security guard added that both the classes and other structures are constructed without being affected by the recent windstorm.
