Katsina State governor Aminu Masari, has approved the appointment of Malam Bashir Usman Ruwangodiya as the Special Adviser, Department of Higher Education.
A statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa said the appointment of the new Special Adviser on Higher Education was based on section 196, sub-section 1 of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended.
The statement further said their appointment is in recognition of his track record of service and on the conviction that he would serve the State diligently and in the best interest of the service.
