The Katsina state chapter of the National Concise Party (NPC) has described governor Masari’s led administration as a disaster, government of fraud that dragged the state some 50 years back.

The Party also described the frequent decamping of members of other political parties, particularly those from PDP to APC as a ‘business venture’ in the state, stressing that the decampees received billions before they decamped.

This is coming as the ruling party (APC) in the state is set to receive decampees from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, National Conscience Party, NCP, and All Progressives Grand Alliance Party, APGA, into the party this Saturday.

Abdulmumin Sani Shehu, the State NCP Chairman, who disclosed this while addressing journalists in Katsina, said APC led administration in the state, is yet to execute any meaningful project despite ‘billions of naira’ it collected since 2015 to date.

He said: “One would begin to wonder on why a government that is yet to execute any meaningful project is spending billions to woo PDP decampees.

“The decampees often go round beating their chests that they have collected their share from Masari before agreeing to decamped.

“The State APC Chairman, Alhaji Shitu, was recently quoted in a programme in the state owned television bragging publically and shamelessly that they have settled all decampees before agreeing to join them. He added
