
16 Katsina indegines promoted to high ranking officers in the Immigration services (List)

Katsina state government has congratulated 16 indigenous members of the state towards their recent promotion in Nigerian immigration services.
This was contained in a congratulatory message published in daily trust on Tuesday 20, February, 2018 and signed by the secretary to the government of the state Alh Mustapha Inuwa.
Names and substantive ranks of the immigration officers include the following.
- Dikko Nuhu Tashe, comptroller of immigration department of MMIA Lagos state
- Tijjani Lawal Ingawa, comptroller of immigration department of intelligence Abuja
- Garba Ubale Abdullahi, comptroller of immigration department of CPO Abuja
- Babangida Usman Jikamshi, comptroller of immigration department of TRSC Jalingo
- Nasiru Muh’d Kankara, comptroller of immigration department of EPZ Abuja
- Abubakar Abe Ahmad, Dep comptroller of immigration department of investigation Abuja
- Dahiru Ahmad Bagiwa, Dep comptroller of immigration department of refugee commission Abuja
- Tijjani Abubakar Saulawa, Dep comptroller of immigration department of ITSK Kano
- Tijjani Ahmad Abubakar, Dep comptroller of immigration department of KGSC Lokoja
- Muhammad Lawal Hayatudeen, assistant comptroller of immigration department of HRM Abuja
- Abdullahi Maifa A Jibril, assistant comptroller of immigration department of NAIA Abuja
- Sani Mustapha, assistant comptroller of immigration department of Nigerian embassy Ireland.
- Halliru Jikamshi, assistant comptroller of immigration department of KTSC Katsina
- Iro Danjuma, assistant comptroller of immigration department of KDSC Kaduna
- Abubakar Umar Aliyu, assistant comptroller of immigration department of CGSI Abuja
- Mukhtar Mohammed Kankara, assistant comptroller of immigration department of KNSC Kano
The state also expressed its gratitude for the unselfish service rendered to the Nigeria and urged them to be more dedicative toward their services.
“The news of your respective promotion was received with immeasurable joy especially looking at the development from perspective of reciprocity to your immense contributions in the service of your fatherland.” He added.
Finally, the government acknowledged their effort and ask them to double it so as Katsina would remain the flag bearer of it name in providing best services to Nigeria.
