About seven offices of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) in Katsina have been burgled, Daily Trust reports.
The burglars were said to have ransacked the offices located within the premises of agency’s head office along Dutsinma road on Wednesday night.
The items stolen included desktop computer sets, laptops, a motorcycle and compressors of refrigerators.
Speaking on the incident, a senior staff, Engr Daniel Luper, said the matter had been reported to the police at Batagarawa Division. He described the break-in as bad and demoralizing.
When contacted, the police command spokesman, DSP Gambo Isah, promised to make enquires and get across which he didn’t as at the time of filing this report.
