Governor Aminu Bello Masari has charged Youths in Kaita local government to utilize the rehabilitation of Abdallawa dam for enhanced economic activities.
Alhaji Aminu Masari was speaking when he received a delegation from Kaita led by the sarkin sullubawan Katsina and District head of Kaita, Alhaji Abdulkarim kabir Usman who paid him a thank- you visit for the numerous projects in the local government.
On roads, the Governor told the delegation that apart from tarred roads, the present APC regime in the state plans to construct a rural feeder road to link up Dankama with another community in Maradi of Niger Republic.
The Governor told the Kaita delegation that Alhaji Aminu Masari said his administration embarked upon rehabilitation and expansion of schools to overcome out of school syndrome in the state, adding that the effort was also meant to reduced overcrowding in classes by pupils and students in schools.
The Governor expressed gratitude to the delegation for the thank- you visit and show of solidarity with his administration.
Earlier leaders from Kaita led by sarkin sullubawa, Alhaji Abdulkarim Kabir Usman, a business mogul from Kaita, Alhaji Sabi’u Ibrahim Yahaya JIFATU and Alhaji Aliyu Girka praised Governor Masari for the provision of dividends of democracy in Kaita.
Such projects, they said include a complete new Day secondary school, a new Yandaki- Abdallawa- Dankaba road and rehabilitation and expansion of several primary schools among others.
