The Katsina State government has launched goat empowerment programme for secondary school students in the state.
The Commissioner of Education, Professor Halimatu Idris made this known while launching the programme at Government Girls Arabic Secondary School, Dutsin-ma on Saturday.
Mrs. Idris, a professor, said the goat empowerment programme was part of the Masari administration’s efforts toward improving the lives of the people and development of education in the state.
