Students Union seeks Masari’s Intervention as ‘leadership crisis worsen’

The Katsina State Union Government has appealed to Governor Aminu Bello Masari to intervene in the leadership tussle redoubling National Association of Nigerian Student (NANS) Zone A. The call was made in a press release made available to newsmen on 21st August, 2017.

The press released clearly condemned one Comrade Shamsuddeen Ibrahim Shamo, a student of Federal College of Education Katsina who according to the Union paraded himself as the elected secretary general of the NANS Zone A.

According to the statement, Comrade Bilal Lawal Kurfi is the genuinely elected secretary of the Association.

The statement therefore called on the attention of the state government and all other stakeholders to look into the issue to resolve the crisis.
