Group mourns the demise of the Danmasanin Kano, named Tata as his replacement

A group of Alhaji Umar Abdu Tsauri popularly known as Tata supporters under the umbrella of Tata social media forum mourns the demise of the Danmasanin Kano Alhaji Yusuf Maitama Sule.

The group under the leadership of the Director General Abdurrahman Haruna Danja stated this is a press statement they released and gotten by KATSINA POST.

The group however said in the press release that though they are in a state of mourning, they strongly believe that only Umar Abdu Tsauri Tata has the qualities to replace the deceased in terms of his selfless services to humanity.

The press release read in part that: “It is with total submission to the will of Allah, that the office of the Director General, Tata Social Media Forum, writes to register its solemn condolence on the sudden death of Chairman Northern Elders Forum, Alhaji Maitama Sule, Dan Masanin Kano.”

It continued: “Unarguably, his departure created a big vacuum that is very difficult to fill in the Northern Nigeria. During his sojourn on earth, he was known to be a unique Northern elder statesman who championed the course of unity in the hetrogeneous Nigeria. He was a man who regarded public service as a supreme sacrifice aimed at building a united Nigeria, and not an opportunity to amass an ill-gotten wealth through fraud and corruption. While he lived, he saw corruption as the most dangerous desease that slowed down the Nigeria’s growth process and hindered development. He equivocally preached against it. The man, Dan Masanin Kano, lived a life worthy of emulation from all and sundry. He did not leave behind billions of Naira in different bank accounts. He neither left a mansion in Abuja nor in Dubai. While we all bid him a farewell, we must eulogise him. May Allah forgive all his short-comings, bless whatever he left behind, give his entire family a fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant his departed soul an eternal rest in the Aljannat Firdausi.” it concluded.

The group further charged other politicians and wealthy individuals to emulate Tata.
