Open latter to KSTHA: Where is the report of adhoc committee on the teachers replacement exercise? By Rabe Magaji

I write on behalf of Katsina State citizens and Human Right Commission to acquire an information on how the adhoc committee of the ongoing replacement exercise conducted their work, and what are the findings.

This request is conducting under Section 36. (1999 constitution) In the determination of a person’s civil rights and obligations, every person shall be entitled to fair hearing.

The result was expected to be summited in 5 May (Friday) and today is exactly being Thursday 11 May. Honourable members, do not create fear and doubts in the mind of young men, the whole state is looking forward to hearing from you.

All they are demanding, seeking and looking is part of their Fundamental Rights, while human right is not just a local advocacy initiated from Nigeria or any single country in the world; but has an international origin and coverage.

At the end, I commend your courage and boldness for clinching in to the exercise. Thanks!
