Katsina state governor Aminu Bello Masari says the current administration inherited problems of neglects and decay of institutions when assumed into office. The Governor stated this when received the director general of the NTA Malam Yakubu Ibn Muhammad on courtesy visit. The governor maintained that there were no enough resources to address the decay of the institutions owned by federal, state, and local governments.
The governor also stated that the era of looting money from organizations are over. He however promised to engage the NTA Katsina for more programs and productions for sustenance of transmission.
In his remark, the director general said the NTA has suffered in the past and the process is on to reengineer the authority for more services. He therefore solicited the support of the governor for reviving of NTA station in Daura and Funtua for more enlightened and educative society.
