
Masari promises to ‘consider’ Funtua zone as soon as the state’s financial books improve
Governor Aminu Bello Masari says if the financial situation continues to improve, the present APC administration would establish a school of nursing in Funtua.
Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari was speaking when he received officials of Funtua consultative Forum led by the former Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ambassador Abdullahi Garba Aminchi during a courtesy call at government house, katsina.
The Governor explained that the school of nursing in katsina will now be admitting one hundred students instead of fifty following its total upgrading and renovation by the present APC administration in the state.
The Governor revealed that a dental diploma awarding health institution will be established in Daura.
He assured the visitors from Funtua that the private school of nursing now operating in Funtua would be assisted by the state government to enhance production of pars medical staff.
Alhaji Aminu Masari promised that he would inspect Funtua Market and Motor park before awarding their upgrading and renovation.
He asked the people of Funtua to brace up and accept the clarion call of president Muhammad Buhari to go back to farms.
Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Ambassador Abdullahi Aminchi requested for the upgrade and renovation of Funtua market and motor park.
He commended the Governor for the developmental strides in Funtua town so far.
He said they include renovation and upgrading of
Funtua general hospital, rehabilitation of Idi Maska road and rehabilitation and upgrading of
schools in the area.
