The president Muhammadu Buhari has approaved the appointment of Dr. Aliyu Idris Funtua as the new provost of Federal college of Education Katsina. Dr. Idris Funtua was a member of the college alumni were he served various capacities from the college’s assistant lecture II to Chief lecturer, Head of department, Director cosultancy services. Similarly, the new provost also served as deputy provost, acting provost and member chief executive officer of the college.
